• * At the time of booking INR 5000
• * 45 days before Departure Date: 30% of Package Cost
• * 30 days before Departure Date: 50% of Package Cost
• * 20 days before Departure Date: 100% of Package Cost
• * Booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received 15 days before Departure Date.

• * You or any of yor members can cancel their travel arrangements at any time.
• * A written notification or an email with a reason to that effect needs to be submitted by the person who made the booking.
• * Below Cancellation charges applies in such circumstances
• a 45 days before departure date: Full Refund. No charges.
• b 30 days before departure date: 50% of package cost will be charged. Remaining advance if any will be refunded.
• c 20 days before departure date: 75% of package cost will be charged. Remaining advance if any will be refunded.
• d 15 days before departure date: 100% of package cost will be charged. Unfortunately we would not be able to give a refund at this point.
