• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.

• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• NOTE : Any cost arising due to naturacl calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances strikes, etc to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot.
