• * 30% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• EXCLUSIONS :
• • Train/Air fares.
• • Any meals other than specified above.
• • Entry fee at Park, Monuments, Museum Etc.
• • Any Porterage charges at Airport & Hotels tips, Laundry, Telephone Charges & meals & drinks not specified in the inclusions.
• • Any travel insurance policy charges.
• • Any hike in FUEL charges /Interstate Taxes charges shall affect the present TOUR COST.
• • All extras then above on direct payment basis.
• • Any items not mentioned in the COST INCLUDES column.
• MODE OF PAYMENT :
• • 30% advance payment at time of booking if travel is after 30 days from booking date.
• • 100% payment required for flight booking.
• • Balance 15 days Prior to Guest Check In.
• CANCELLATION POLICY :
• • The package once booked is refundable and cancellable.
• • Flight cancellation will be as per airline cancellation policy.
• • Date of booking to 30 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 10% of the tour cost
• • 30 to 15 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost
• • 15 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost
• • 0 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund shall be given
• • Please note cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy. In peak season, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation.
• IMPORTANT NOTE:
• • Above mentioned rates are per person only.
• • Prices subject to change without prior notice.
• • Base category rooms are considered in the above quote.
• • At the time of booking, if we do not get the accommodation in the same hotels, we will book an alternate hotel/category of room for which the supplement /reduction will be advised to you accordingly.
• The above rates dont include:
• 1 Any extra excursions or sightseeing apart from the suggested tour itinerary.
• 2 Guide Charges, Camera Tickets are NOT INCLUDED in the aforementioned cost of
• Sightseeing & Transfers.
• 3 Air /Ship /train ticket, Lunch & Dinner at the hotel, Room service, Other beverages not mentioned laundry, telephone calls, snorkeling equipment at NorthBay/jollybouy and incidentals.
