• BOOKING POLICY
• 50% payment have to deposit at the time of confirm the booking and pending 50% payment should be deposited on the day of check-in. All deposit can be made by Online Money Transfer or through Cash.
• CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellation of bookings can be done by calling the customer care number. You also have to send an email request with call. Cancellation process will start after
• receiving the email confirmation for cancellation.
• Below are our general cancellation policies:
•  Cancellation received on or before 30 days, a 10 % processing fee of the total
• package cost will be charged and remaining money will be refunded.
•  Cancellation between 29 days to 20 days 20 % of the total package cost.
•  Cancellation between 19 days to 10 days 40% of the total package cost.
•  Cancellation less than 10 days of arrival or no show – no refund.
• List of Included and Not Included items for your package
•  Accommodation at respective hotels with breakfast and all taxes on double sharing basis.
•  The above rates are on per Person basis.
•  All sightseeing by personal Vehicle.
•  Full day tour with all transfers including airport pick up and drop.
•  All entry tickets, ferry tickets and permit charges.
•  Both side cruise tickets for Havelock & Neil Island.
•  Breakfast at respective hotels.
•  Complementary Snorkeling for trips to Elephant beach in Havelock Island.
•  Andaman Reef travel expert’s assistance in all the islands.
•  Including all taxes.
•  No hidden charges.
•  Vehicle not at disposal at any of the Islands.
•  Lunch & Dinner are not included.
•  Flight Fares are not included.
•  Any personal expenses. Room service and special orders. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
•  Any extra excursions or sightseeing apart from the suggested tour itinerary.
•  Camera Tickets are not included in the mentioned cost of Sightseeing & Transfers.
•  Other meals not mentioned laundry, telephone calls, and incidentals.
