Yes, we have arrived safe and sound after a wonderful India trip. Firstly, I would like to commend Minerva ? who tirelessly worked with me in building the itinerary. She was always quick to respond and offer alternatives etc. She never complained about me making changes ? which I did quite a lot, and she was always available to take my calls or respond to emails. However, Minerva should have advised us of the Alleppy House Boats, and that it is very far from Luxury. The house boat experience was truly terrible ? and we were very disappointed, firstly with the fact that it was nowhere near luxury and secondly that it was not rectified by Mystic India. On the Operations side, we were quite impressed with Manav? up until the first serious thing went wrong, and we did not believe that it was managed to our expectations. However, for the rest of the trip, Manav ? was good at taking our calls and resolving aspects for us. In Jodpur, where I made a terrible choice of accommodation, he quickly found us an alternative place ? which was definitely more to our liking. Any questions that I had, or aspects that I needed confirmed ? Manav was quick to respond and feedback. I would use Mystic India again ? I was very happy with Minerva and Manav. I have recommended Mystic India to my family and friends.

Organization of travel (Manav): Simply excellent. I had a few offers and I chose yours because of the speed at which you answered, because you adapted to my requirements (even if at the end the train option was not possible) and, of course, because of the 5 star hotel upgrade in Jaipur. Calling us every day to see if things were going ok was a very nice detail that I had never seen even in much more expensive tours. Things to improve: The Budha hotel in Varanasi was not as good as the 3 star hotel in Agra or Delhi, worth thinking other options. The last day in Delhi I would have preferred to have the option of a guide. Perhaps at the end I would not have taken that option anyway (not for cost reasons but to go at our own pace) but I would ask that question to the next customer. Driver in the Golden Triangle (Ashok) Very good. He gave us good suggestions, he took us to see a few things and was very helpful all the time Guide in Jaipur (Manish) Good. Perhaps he could have stayed with us a little bit more and explain more stories but I guess he thought we wanted to see things on our own. Guide in Agra ("Manuel") Very good. Always taking care of us, taking many pictures of us and explained many things. Driver in Varanasi Good. We had very little interaction with him but he did his job (I think he spoke little english) Guide in Varanasi (Brij) Very extensive knowledge and passionate about the city. He should perhaps advise a little bit more tourists about the little streets in Varanasi because they can be hard for some people! But I liked it very much. Driver in Delhi He tried to explain a few things, not just drive, but his English level was not very good. I appreciate his effort though. Overall, we are very happy with Mystic India and wouldn't have any problem to recommend it to our acquaintances. Hope this is useful for you
