Kashmir Tour Package – 5 Days / 4 Nights

At Tamjeed Tours & Travels, our goal is simple: give you a smooth, happy, and memorable Kashmir experience.

To keep everything clear and comfortable for both sides, please read the below terms carefully.

1. Booking & Confirmation

• Your booking will be confirmed after receiving the advance payment.
• Once confirmed, we’ll share all tour details including hotel names, vehicle details, and itinerary.
• Bookings are subject to availability of hotels, transport, and local services.

2. Payment Policy

• Advance Payment: 40%–50% of the total package amount to confirm the booking.
• Balance Payment: To be paid before arrival or on arrival, as mutually agreed.
• Payments can be made via UPI / Bank Transfer / other convenient modes.
• Any applicable government taxes will be informed clearly in advance.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand plans can change, so we keep our cancellation policy fair:

• 30 days or more before arrival: No cancellation charges
• (advance amount can be adjusted for a future trip).
• 15–29 days before arrival: 50% of the total package amount will be charged.
• Less than 15 days / No-show: 100% cancellation charges apply.
• No refund for unused services, early departure, or missed sightseeing.

4. Accommodation

• Accommodation will be provided on a double sharing basis.
• Check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM (could be flexible with Hotel policies)
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.
• If a selected hotel is unavailable, a similar or upgraded category hotel will be provided.

5. Transport & Sightseeing

• Private vehicle with an experienced driver for sightseeing as per itinerary.
• Includes driver allowance, tolls, parking, and fuel.
• AC may not work in hilly areas due to weather conditions.
• Vehicle usage is limited to the planned itinerary only.

6. Package Inclusions

Airport pickup & drop

Accommodation as per plan

Meals as mentioned (Breakfast / Dinner if included)

Sightseeing as per itinerary

All transport-related charges

7. Package Exclusions

• Airfare / Train tickets
• Entry tickets, gondola rides, pony rides, adventure activities
• Personal expenses (shopping, laundry, tips, heater charges)
• Any service not clearly mentioned in inclusions

8. Weather & Itinerary Changes

• Kashmir weather can be unpredictable; in such cases, sightseeing plans may change.
• Road closures, weather conditions, or local restrictions may require itinerary adjustments.
• We will always try to provide best possible alternatives where feasible.

9. Guest Responsibility

• Guests must carry valid government-approved photo ID.
• Guests are responsible for personal belongings during the tour.
• Any damage to hotel property will be charged directly by the hotel.

10. Liability & Safety

• Tamjeed Tours & Travels is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by natural calamities, weather, strikes, or circumstances beyond control.
• Travel insurance is not included but highly recommended.

12. Acceptance

By confirming the booking, guests agree that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
