Heart-warming Alleppey Tour Package for 6 Days 5 Nights

Arrival at Cochin. Received at airport/railway station. Check in hotel. After freshen up proceed for local sightseeing. (Interested places, Fortkochi Chinese Fishing Nets, Beach, Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue; Mattancherry, Marine Drive etc. Dinner and overnight stay in Cochin.

After breakfast proceed for Munnar. It takes a 5 hrs drive approx. Munnar is Hill station, situated at about 6000 ft ASL. On reaching Munnar, check-in your hotel. After freshen up and lunch, proceed for sightseeing. The mesmerizing beauty of the tea gardens and the light chilly weather will take your heart. Visit Mattupetty dam and you may opt boating here in the dam. Also visit Echo point. Reach back your hotel.

Another day, even more fresh, is on the start. After breakfast proceed for local sightseeing. Visit the Tea Museum. There is also a tea tasting demonstration room with a variety of teas on display. The museum also has a mini-CTC and orthodox tea manufacturing unit to educate the tourists of the different aspects of tea processing. This is a must visit site when holidaying in Munnar. Tickets can be purchased at the Museum. After Tea Museum, visit Blossom Park and then free time for shopping. Overnight stay in Munnar. (Please note Eravikulam National park, one of main interesting spot in Munnar (where you can see the NILGIRI TAHR) will be closed from 01 March for one month.)

With those two memory filled days, head for Thekkady in the morning, after breakfast. Thekkady is a small town in the forest.The wild life sanctuary and plantation spot are the main attractions here. The journey is of approx. 4 hours from Munnar. Check-in your hotel. After freshen up go for boating in the lake around the forest. You can watch so many animals like elephants, deers, buffaloes and many other ones. Boating is done in morning and evening. Rest of the day for local marketing & leisure. After your breakfast, check out hotel and proceed to Alleppey. It takes around 5-6 hours to reach Alleppey. On reaching Alleppey, check in your Houseboat for the rare experience of backwaters. Enjoy the cruise, view the village life, see the paddy fields below MSL, enjoy the beautiful scenic beauty beyond explanation. All your meals will be provided in the boat. Overnight stay in the houseboat.

After breakfast at 9.00 am check out from house boat and proceed to Cochin for departure. Tour Ends
