Terms and Conditions

•  • 30 days or more from date of departure: INR 25,000 per person or 50% of the tour cost per person whichever is lower.
•  • 30-16 days from the date of departure : 50% of the tour cost
•  • 15-0 days from the date of departure: 100% of the tour cost
•  • Rate of Exchange will be calculated on the final payment day, as per the rate applicable on that day.
•  • Any additional liability on our account of advance payments to vendors will be collected as part of booking amount
•  • 0-15 Days from date of departure 100% of cost to be paid
•  • 16-30 Days from date of departure 50% of cost to be paid
•  • 31-90 Days from date of departure 10% of cost to be paid
•  • The amount paid will be non-refundable basis the mention period
•  • Visa cost & Insurance premium until its mentioned on the inclusions on the itinerary.
•  • Any increase in the airfare, fuel surcharge and taxes charged by the airlines prior to the issuance of flight tickets shall be charged extra irrespective of the booking date.
•  • Any other expenses of personal nature
•  • Portages at hotels, airport and sea ports
•  • Anything not mentioned on the above itinerary
