GUWAHATI TO SHILLONG. Welcome to Guwahati . On arrival you will be picked up by our representative cum driver at the airport or railway station and proceed to Shillong via NH 40 . Meghalaya (Shillong) has rightly earned the sobriquet of Scotland of the East owing to the rolling hills, beautiful scenery and climate and proceed to Shillong capital of the state of Meghalaya and home to the Khasi tribe . On the way to Shillong you will visit the beautiful Umiam Lake , a major tourist attraction located just before entering Shillong .
After early breakfast , we will proceed to Cherrapunjee for sightseeing of Cherrapunjee Seven Sisters Waterfalls , Nahkhalikai Falls , Dainthlen Falls , Thangkharang Park and Mwasmai Cave , is only a distance of 150 meters is open for tourists , while the other section is closed . The stalactites and stalagmites caves have innumerable forms , shapes and sizes inside leaving one to imagine as many life forms as possible . CHERRAPUNJEE MAWLYNNONG DAWKI-TAMABIL BORDER Early morning drive to Mawlynnong Village . Mawlynnong Mawlynnong Village located in the East Khasi Hills of Meghalaya , also referred as God own garden has won the acclaim of being the cleanest village in Asia in 2003 . The village known for its cleanliness is located around 90 kms from Shillong and is a community based eco-tourism initiative . DAY 04 : SHILLONG JOWAI SHILLONG. After breakfast excursion to Jowai (via Northing) , Jowai (or Jwai) is the headquarters of Jaintia hills district of the state of Meghalaya. Jowai is the home of the Pnar Tribes one of the most prominent and friendly tribes . Visit Krangsuri falls , Nartiang Village , Tyrshi Falls in Jowai . Evening drive back to Shillong and Overnight in Shillong .

Less than 7 days & less , prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND 100% of the service cost .
