• * 30% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• 1. If, after our confirmation mail has been issued, and prior to final balance payment, you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way, we will make our utmost effort to make these changes, but it may not always be possible.
• 2. No compensation will be paid at anytime under circumstances caused by war or threat of war, civil strike, industrial dispute, strikes, bandhs, terrorist activity, accident, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, airline failure, closure of airports, adverse weather conditions, or any other force majeure.
