Dominican Monastery

Dubrovnik is home to ious verifiable and social landmarks. It's most acclaimed is obviously the city dividers, which draw a large number of guests consistently. Another extraordinary historic point is the Dominican Monastery, presented previously. Development initially started on the religious community in 1301. Today, the cloister capacities as a historical center, where guests can see a rich exhibit of religious works of art, curios, gems and different things from Dubrovnik's history. A great stairway with a stone balustrade prompts the south church entryway, a Romensque work of Bonino of Milan. Over the entryway is a Romanesque statue of St. Dominic, organizer of the Dominican request. In 1419, the entryway was encompassed by a Gothic ogee curve, surmounted by a statue of Christ. The ringer tower of the Dominican religious community is a noteworthy historic point in the Old City.
