Mackenzie & District Museum

The Mackenzie and District Museum was established in 1991 by the Mackenzie and District Museum Society. The general public is involved individuals from inside the group and is administered by a top managerial staff made up of volunteers. The exhibition hall and its exercises are driven completely by individuals who essentially adore this group and have an energy for gathering, showing and saving its authentic things and recounting the stories that identify with them.

The Mackenzie and District Museum recounts the stories of the general population who have left their blemish on this land, including its unique occupants from neighborhood First Nations clans, to trappers, miner, pioneers and the individuals who worked in the businesses that constructed Mackenzie and the encompassing locale.
