The Historical Church Of Grace Community

The Grace Community Church was based ashore that was given in 1865 by the U.S Steel Corporation, beginning with only seven individuals the congregation was unique called Sulfur Springs Missionary Baptist Church, it was later discovered that the springs did in truth not contain any sulfur so the congregation changed its name.

In the nineteenth and twentieth century a great deal of coal mining participated here and the congregation enrollment swelled, however as gas radiators assumed control over, the mining business fallen and the congregation participation started to decrease. This is an interesting church to visit and to find out about its history and place in the group.
