Shepherd of the Hills Inspiration Tower

Inspiration Tower is Branson's "Milestone on the Horizon". On Inspiration Point, the most elevated point in Southwest Missouri and the second most astounding point in the whole state, sits the Inspiration Tower at Shepherd of the Hills. Since opening in 1989, the Tower has welcomed a huge number of guests and offers an amazing, all encompassing perspective of the fantastic Shepherd of the Hills nation and the Ozark Mountains.

The Inspiration Tower is the tallest structure of its kind, made of pre-focused on concrete. As a lovely balance to the greater part of this solid, the Tower contains windows and heaps of them! There is 4,400 squre feet of glass in the Tower which meets 1/3 of a football field. You can ride one of two glass lifts to the vast, encased perception deck to finish everything. On a crisp morning, the awesome view extends more than 65 miles. Worked as a dedication to Harold Bell Wright, the Tower is a glorius tribute to the crude excellence of Ozark Mountain Country.
