Ritter Springs Park

A 245-section of land stop in a rustic setting, only northwest of Springfield city limits. Incorporates play area, cookout structure, trails, woods, lake, streams, sand volleyball court, bows and arrows extend. Ritter Springs is open by Ozark Greenways' Fulbright Spring Greenway trail, associating Ritter Springs to the Sac River Mountain Bike trail and David C Murray Park.

This spot is home to the Park Board's Ritter Springs summer day camp, which closes segments of the recreation center for camp use on summer weekdays, 8 am.- 4 p.m. The Park Board's Outdoor Initiatives program holds incidental guided climbs, nature strolls, overnight camp-outs and different occasions at Ritter Springs.
