Grand Gulf Military State Park is a Mississippi state park found in Mississippi. It is recorded on the National Register of Historic Places and is a Mississippi Landmark.The 400-section of land point of interest incorporates Fort Cobun and Fort Wade, the Grand Gulf Cemetery, a gallery, campgrounds, cookout regions, climbing trails, a perception tower, and a few reestablished structures going back to Grand Gulf's prime.
Grand Gulf was originally a port on the Mississippi River, and in the nineteenth century before the war dispatched a great many bunches of cotton that touched base by rail from Clinton, Mississippi in Hinds County. Its populace in 1858 was 1,000 to 1500, and the group had two houses of worship, a healing facility, theater, town lobby, cotton squeeze, steam saw, and corn meal process.
