Spread over a core area of 520 sq. kilometers, the park is situated amid the picturesque hills of Kumaun in Nainital District. From 16th-18th March 2018, HelloTravel’s team visited Jim Corbett National Park for a fun expedition. We started our journey from a pickup point in Noida at around 11 PM. Thanks to Pic N Tic for the Tempo Traveller, we had a comfortable journey while the tempo traveler killed rough terrain. It was around 5 AM when we crossed the borders of Nainital district and entered the zone of Greens and the wild. The road is covered with beautiful trees on both sides and the picture is no less than a grand entrance where nature welcomes you to its home. As we reach closer to Jim Corbett National Park, the surrounding became more picturesque and enticing .

Our 7 hours journey ended at V Resorts The Dukes Den where we after quickly freshening up we had a delicious and filling breakfast. The arrangement made by Make India Journey were commendable as everything was readily available at our disposal.
Once we regained our energy, we proceeded to our next destination Corbett Jungle Holiday Resort. The resort is situated at one of the most naturally rich sites. Again the arrangements were just perfect. Make India Journey ensured the comfort of every member of the team.
2. Jungle Safari at Jim Corbett National Park
A trip to Jim Corbett National Park is one of the lifetime experience. Besides natural beauty and abundance of wildlife, the place offers you a chance to play, recreate and enjoy. The resort was perfect and had every amenity to make our trip a memorable one.
We started the day with the Jungle Safari. It covered 40 kilometers in Jeep to witness the glory of the star attraction- the Bengal Tiger. The Jeep drivers were well acquainted with the area and had a lot of information to share. From herds of Asian elephants to deer to flocks of birds and more, the safari gave a rich glimpse of the diversity of this bio-reserve. Not all, but a few of our team members were lucky to spot a tiger or two basking in the sun or having a lazy day.
3. An evening of Music, Dance and enjoyment
The jeep safari was tiring and reached back the resort with a desire to relax for a while. After a quick and delicious lunch and a short break, we resumed the fun with some dance and music.
We played cricket and our team members did perform well. The team led by Gaurav Gupta, Co-Founder & CMO, HelloTravel.com, won and celebrated the success in great style.
The cricket celebration was followed by music and dance. We danced our heart out and by the end of the evening, each member of the team was tired and all set to hit the bed.
4. The morning farewell
We bid goodbye to the resort the next morning and boarded the tempo traveller that was already waiting for us. We reached back around 7 PM on the 18th eve.
It was a wonderful trip where we all enjoyed being captivated by nature.
