6. Bajre Ki roti
It is kind of bread which is eaten mainly with curry dishes. This simple yet very healthy bread is prepared by kneading Bajra flour with little whole wheat flour that makes rolling and binding of Bajre Ki Roti easier. It is cooked on a tawa and then roast over open flame till brown spot appear. Freshly prepared rotis than smeared with white butter also called makhan on it. One can also use ghee for the same.
