Avenida del Mar

It is a prevalent walkway between Marbella's old town and the Paseo Maritimo. It is home to a gathering of ten Salvador Dali figures cast in bronze and two different models by Eduardo Soriano.Salvador Dali, the scandalous Spanish surrealist painter and stone carver, was conceived in Figueres in Catalonia in 1904 and he kicked the bucket there in 1989. He is generally viewed as one of Spain's most persuasive specialists of the twentieth century.

There is no conspicuous association between Salvador Dali and Marbella, however you will discover an accumulation of his work here in the Avenida del Mar. The zone, which was before an open stop with a lovely blossom cultivate, is today home to an outside accumulation of surrealist craftsmanship by Dali and nearby craftsman Eduardo Soriano.

It is toward the south of Marbella's Old Town, between the Parque Alameda and the Paseo Maritimo.Drawing closer the Avenida del Mar from Parque Alameda, the main Dali statue you go over is called "Perseo" – Perseus.
