The Church of San Sabino

Although thought to be less popular and surely understood than the Basilica of San Nicola, the Church of San Sabino is still a fabulous building in its own right. Found a short stroll from the basilica of Saint Nicola, this church is another forcing building in the focal point of Bari old town.

The front façade of the church includes a comparable design and is made of white stone and has a few models and luxurious windows. A later expansion to the town of Bari, San Sabino was developed in 1292 and is a vital case of Romanesque architecture.

Inside there is a pile of white stone and marble plans, and besides an unpredictably enhanced sepulcher. Other than there are ious religious relics including the tomb of Saint Columba.
