The Baptistery

This structure was made around an indistinguishable time from the Campanile and was worked to replace the old unique baptistery.Although situated inside the Piazza dei Miracoli, the Pisa Baptistery is a commendable fascination in its own right.

This huge structure stands at 54m high and has a perfect exterior design with a wide range of statues, arches, and decoration.

Moreover, the domed top of the baptistery is just half total – half is canvassed in orange tiles, while the other half stays exposed and has never been done.

Inside the baptistery, the lavish adornment proceeds and you can discover a pulpit and a font that are both very embellished.
