About The Turkish Bazaar
In 1775, the City of Acre was attacked by an Egyptian Ottoman officer by the name of Ahmed al-Jazzar, who executed Daher el-Omar as a radical against the Ottoman administration.
Ahmed al-Jazzar sought after Daher el-Omar's undertaking and set up Acre as the primary business city of the whole locale.
It was amid this period that ious mosques, bathhouses, khans, and bazaars were worked to serve the city's nationals.
The Turkish Bazaar was worked in the late eighteenth century as a city showcase serving the nearby populace.
The market was betrayed in 1948 when the Old City was caught by the IDF and as of late opened as art and smaller than normal craftsmanship bazaar.
