About taraporewala aquarium

Hailed as the Mumbai’s oldest working aquarium, this aquarium is one of the main attraction. This is the perfect place to spend some quality time with your family.Children will definitely be overwhelmed by the different types of fishes that this aquarium has to offer. This beautiful aquarium went under extensive renovation on March 3 of 2015.

Presently, the renovated aquarium boasts 12 feet long 180-degree acrylic glass tunnel. Another attraction which this aquarium provides to the tourists is the special pools wherein you can actually touch the fish which are harmlessof course!. This aquarium has around 2000 fishes of 400 species. The renovation which took place in the march took almost 22 crores in total reparation costs. This is one of the most sought-after places in entire Mumbai.
