Santa Cruz Basilica

The Santa Cruz Cathedral Basilica which is in Cochin forms one of the eight Basilicas of Kerala. This church has one of the finest architecture in India. Due to which people from far and wide come here to visit this wonder. Apart from being a devotee’s heaven, this is also the center for all the heroic figures.

The figures are carefully carved, having a gothic style attached to it. The history of this churchb=dates back to the time period when this place had Portuguese influence. This was built and designed in the year 1500’s and elevated to a cathedral by Pope Paul IV.
