About Kot Buddhist Monastery

The monastery is one of the destination which holds the old and ruined Buddhist stupas in Pristine manner that each scrapped stone of the place silently oozes the authenticity. Kot is the popular for the ruins of an ancient Buddhist Monastery. The place is located on the left side of River Sai which make it more enchanting.

The calmness and the tranquility seeks the place with much more with the grandeur strikes every individual to visit the place again. The temple here is opened from a period of 6 am to 8am only. Festivals like Buddha Purnima and Ambedhkar jayanti are celebrated enthusiastically. The place is must visit during this festive aura as it is much more to see and perhaps would be the best memorable time to visit to the place.
