Harraiya

Harraiya is a Tehsil, town in Basti region in the Indian province of Uttar Pradesh. In the battle of 1857, around 250 saints of Amorha State of Harraiya Tehsil were hanged by the British Government from peepal trees situated at Chhawani. Raja Zalim Singh's Mahal is from here, Old mass of mahal is still there with the sign of a slug utilized by the English. Additionally, a popular sanctuary Ramrekha Mandir is here. Ramrekha Temple is a standout amongst the most antiquated Hindu Mandir of Lord Ram and Goddess Sita.

Master Shri Ram remained here for one day amid his adventure of Janakpur-Ayodhya. Ruler Shri Rama and Sita with Lakshmana traveled towards Ayodhya by the street called Ram Janki Marg State Highway 72 close Chhawani. Chhawani is a Police Station, was the principle shield for Indian contenders amid the 1857 insurrection, and is noted for a Pipal Trees where around 250 saints were hanged by the British Government in real life after the homicide of General Fort. Ramrekha Mandir is a situated amongst the most antiquated Hindu Mandir of Lord Ram and Goddess Sita.

Makhauda Dham is a situated amongst the most old place where Raja Dashrath performed yajna with the assistance of Sage Rishyasringa on the counsel of Vashistha.
