This Temple is in the Kudroli territory of Mangalore. It was sanctified by Narayana Guru. It is devoted to Gokarnanatha, a type of Lord Shiva. This sanctuary was worked in 1912 by Adhyaksha Hoige Koragappa. The sanctuary is 2 km from the focal point of Mangalore city. The sanctuary has Gopuram tower like structure enhanced with wall paintings of different divine beings and goddesses. Wall paintings delineate scenes from Hindu stories and legends. The Billava people group was customarily stifled by the upper position regarding them as untouchables. It is in such a situation, to the point that the group found a savior in Narayana Guru.
