About Chaumuhan
Chaumuhan is a town and a nagar panchayat in the Mathura district of the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. Situated on the NH2 parkway, 90 kilometers from the Delhi Badarpur Border, the town lies 20 kilometers from the neighboring city of Kosi Kalan and 10 kilometers from Tahashil Chhata. It is here that the Brahma Vimohan Leela occurred amid Krishna's opportunity. Confused by the straightforwardness of kid Krishna, Brahma the maker of universe, stole the calves and cowherd young men of Krishna. Understanding this, kid Krishna extended Himself into a similar number of calves and cowherd young men and the life stayed undisturbed in Braj.
Brahma understood his oversight and did some repentance at the Brahma Jhaadi here and apologized to Krishna at this place. He did as such in the wake of washing in the adjacent Chandra Saro. In view of this hobby the town has been named Chaumuha, showing four heads of Brahma. There are just two sanctuaries of Brahma Ji on the planet; one in Pushkar and the other in Chaumuha. The town had a populace of 9,881 of which 54 for every penny were male and 46% female. Education is higher than the national normal at near 95% for men and 70% for ladies, while 45% for each penny of the populace is under six years old.
