Butterfly Conservatory

At a separation of 26 km from Panjim Kadamba Bus Stand, Butterfly Conservatory is a NGO devoted to reestablishing the green legacy of Western Ghats. The center is spread more than 4000 sq mts and is established by a couple who are nature devotees and furthermore ecologically cognizant. At the season of foundation just 25 types of the butterflies could be seen here yet at present 133 types of butterflies improving the center.

The whole studio is planned in the way of a recreation center like structure where one can walk and enjoy a visual treat of the nature. It is an incredible place to take the children to acquaint them with the beautiful universe of butterflies and caterpillars.
