Anthropological Museum

It was set up in the year 1972 with the sole reason for giving an intriguing knowledge into the culture and ways of life of Bastar tribes. The museum is situated at a separation of 4 km from the Jagdalpur downtown area and houses a fine accumulation of ious objects of ethnographic intrigue.

Some of the rare collection found at the historical center incorporate headgears, footwear, decorations, melodic instruments, dresses, artistic creations, wood carvings, weapons, veils, work of art, figures and a wide assortment of items that were utilized as a part of every day life. It is one of the best vacation spots in Chhattisgarh that serves as a window to the ways of life and ethnic culture of different clans in Bastar.
