  RATES: -
  
  /ü Fare calculated on USD, ROE Subject to change without notice. Any changes in ROE or TAXES will be applicable (e.g any new taxes, surcharges or fluctuation in ROE)
  /ü The applicable Rate of Exchange for initial payment booking amount shall be determined by the prevailing rate on the date day of booking and balance payment will be charged as per the prevailing rates on that particular day
  /ü Any further increase in the air fare due to an increase in the fuel Price, change in Government regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will be borne by the passengers. Step In Tours will not be responsible for the same
  /ü Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to increase in surface transportation and land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure

  NO SHOW CHARGE: - Full charges for whole duration of stay apply for Pax No Show or last minute cancellation on arrival date.
  
  REFUND: - Strictly NO REFUNDS for unutilized tours transfers.
  
  Surcharges applicable during peak dates. In the event if hotel changes increases the surcharge , we have the right to amend accordingly.
