Terms and Conditions

• • 70% payment to be made at time of Booking.
• • 100% payment to be made at least 25 days before departure.
• All services such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation / ground transportation are pre-blocked well in advance. We are liable to pay penalties to all our suppliers / vendors if these services are released within the below mentioned time frame.
• If circumstances make you cancel the tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing. Such cancellation will attract the following cancellation.
• Cancellation Charges per person when a cancellation is made:
• 31 days or more prior to the departure 25% of the tour cost
• 30-16 days prior to the departure 50% of the tour cost
• 15-06 days prior to the departure 75% of the tour cost
• 05 days or less prior to the departure Or a “No Show” on the tour 100% of the tour cost
• Package Cost Validity - Subject to availability of Flight and Mentioned Hotels
• Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance and availability of mentioned hotels.
• In case of Non-availability of rooms, we will give you alternate option for similar category of hotels.
• We strongly suggest you to check review and location of hotels mentioned to make sure it is as per your preference before conforming the package.
• During the journey if someone ask for extra money, you may inform us and we will not be responsible if you pay the amount without our concern.
