• If cancellation made before 28 days of check-in date - No retention on the package price
• If cancellation is made 28 to 07 days prior to departure, 50% of tour cost shall be deducted
• If cancellation is made 07 to 01 days prior to departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted
• In case passenger is no show at the time of departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted
• Payment terms :
• Advance amount 50% of package on confirmation day
• Balance amount 50% of package 15 days prior to travel date
