•  30% advance payment to for booking, Balance amount to be paid before 20 days before your date of Travel.
•  Payments by debit/credit card will attract 3% service charge on each and every transactions.

• The following charges are to be applied at the time of cancellation of holiday
• • Before 31 days prior to departure - 30 % of the total holiday cost or token amount deposited (whichever is higher).
• • Between 30 – 21 days of departure – 50 % of the total holiday cost.
• • Between 20 – 8 days before departure – 75% of the total holiday cost.
• • Less than 8 days of departure – 100 % of the total holiday cost per person
• ** Please note in case you want to cancel only one passenger out of two (or in proportion when more passengers are travelling). The second passenger will have to pay for single occupancy which will be calculated and given at the time of cancellation or will have to cancel both the passengers. It is not possible to cancel only one passenger out of two (or in proportion when more passengers are travelling)
• Exclusions
• Airfare/Trainfare
• Any porterage, etc.
• Any personal expenses like sodas, mineral water, packed juices.
• Any insurance or medical cost.
• Any expenses caused due to natural disaster/Calamity
• Any cost not explicitly covered in the list of inclusions.
• Items of personal nature e.g. table drinks, bottled water, laundry, telephone etc.
• Anything not mentioned in the inclusions
