• Payment Policy :
• An advance payment of 50% is required to hold room on confirmed basis.
• An advance payment of 75% is required to hold room on confirmed basis in Peak Seasons.
• Cancellation Policy:
• Any cancellation before 7 days of check in will be refunded without any deduction.
• Cancellation fees are applicable.
• 7- 5 days of arrival as @ 25% of booking amount
• 5 - 2 days of arrival as @ 50% of the booking amount
• 2 - 1 days of arrival as @ 75 % of the booking amount
• Same day cancellation and No show - Full Retention
• However the management shall offer full credit for date change (only once) requests if made minimum 3 days before arrival.
