Terms and Conditions

• * 20% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• RATES QUOTED ARE IN SINGAPORE DOLLARS
• If Any Transfer Pickup Time Falls from 2200hrs – 0700hrs, SGD$ 20 Per Transfer will be Added in Final Invoice.
• Cancellation policy : 10 working days before arrival date, thereafter rooms would be auto reconfirmed.
• Once you hold any booking, it would be considered as confirmed booking.
• Bank Charges @ SGD 20 Per Booking for TT/Remittance charges
• Quotes may change without prior notice, as per Hotel policy, in case the booking has not been reconfirmed by us in writing.
• Rates are subject to change as per your dates and number of Pax
• Rooms are subject to availability
• Transfers & Tours would be according to the itinerary provided by JOSCO and not the service vouchers issued at your end.
• Rock Climbing in Universal is Excluded
• Hotel Check-in time - 15. 00 Hrs / Check-out time - 12:00 Hrs
• Transfers Waiting Time:
• -Arrival Waiting Time for Flight/Cruise : Max 1 Hr upon Flight Arrival Time.
• -There will no Coach dispatched for COACH ARRIVALS. Coach will be send within 15 mins upon Guests Contact with our OPS Team
• - Transfer & Tours : Maximum Waiting Time : 5-10 Mins For Both SIC & PVT
• *NOTE FOR MARINA BAY SANDS*
• RATES MAY FLUCTUATE AND IS NORMALLY VALID FOR 24 HRS
• Deluxe room comes with either 01 King size bed or 02 Super Single beds, feather pillow and optional foam pillow. However bedding subject to availability.
• Extra Bed is subjected to Availability upon Check in for the 3rd Pax as Extra Beds are very limited on MBS.
• Please take note that prices are fluctuated and as of today, the price mentioned is as stated above
• Should you get back to us on a later date, rates may fluctuate and room category may not be available
• Kindly please advise name for in order to proceed booking as Hotel required for 01 room with 01 name provided
• Please note that Hotel is NOT ALLOWED to make changes of the name once Booking Confirm
• If really necessary to amend, we have to cancel and re-book and subject to hotel availability
