5 Days 4 Nights Srinagar, Pahalgam with Gulmarg Tour Package

Booking online package is more of like beating around the bush, as we are not sure whether we will be given the proper services as committed by agent we are dealing with, I am not blaming agent but the system between agent and the local dealer of the destination we are visiting is some what not trust worthy as at least what, I have experienced in my J & K Trip. The local man who was handling our tour was not upto the mark even though he had shown some concern during our visit when it was raining heavily but was unattentive as to guide us in our touring package to visit the proper places as per itinerary given by Ranaview Travel thru mail, only the driver of the car was very co operative through out our trip to J & K & also very helpful even though his own house was at risk due to floods but the car provided was not satisfactory as committed, We even had to pay cash for extra bed at one of the hotel in Gulmarg due to the negligence of local agent and was refunded to us later on by him after some confrontation. The overall view is that please make a strong chain work of agents wherever they are handling tourist from to avoid discomfort to tourists as they pay before hand for their package charges and assure tourists in the best possible way so that they are in peace of mind through out their touring.

My experience with Rana View Travel is so good. Apple tree Resort in gulmarg is not upto the mark. The Driver which you provide me Javed bhai. He is very nice person. I like his service his car. He helps me alot during the trip. Your support over the trip is also nice. Your service is too good. Best Regards, Vivek Jain
