» Payment Terms & Methods: *20% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost
» Cancellation & Refund Policy:
* 100% Refund will be made within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
* 75% Refund will be made within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
* 50% Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.

» Other Terms & Conditions, if any(optional): Your package is fully refundable if the cancellation is done 30 days in advance of your arrival date.
The cancellation charges for your package will be based on the below scheme.
Zero percent cancellation charges if cancelled 30 days in advance.
5 percent of total package if cancelled before 15 to 29 days of your arrival.
No refund if cancelled within 15 days of your arrival.
The cost of the flight tickets need to be paid in full and in advance in order to confirm the flight tickets. Any change in the cost of flights at the time of booking will be intimated to you and booked only after your confirmation. Variation in cost of flights is beyond the control of Company and hence Company cannot be held accountable for the change in flight cost.
