Banjo Patterson Poetry Festival

Banjo Paterson's Waltzing Matilda is known around the world; numerous Australians can present a series of his ballads; and his work has been changed over to melody and theater. What better approach to praise this incredible Australian's life and work than through a Festival in the area in which he was conceived.

Welcome to the fifth Banjo Paterson Australian Poetry Festival in its present shape since the festival of his 150th birthday celebration in 2014.

The Rotary Club of Orange has played a lead part with Orange Regional Tourism and other group associations in co-ordinating occasions that will be appealing to admirers of good old Australian diversion.
