The stage is all set for the biggest extravaganza of the cricketing world- ICC World Cup 2011! The popularity and the magnanimity of this sporting spectacle has not taken a beating even after the rise of the Twenty 20 format. Once in every four years, the super powers of the cricketing fraternity come together to celebrate their skills and mettle against the equally formidable opponents.

The league part will be played within two groups comprising 7 teams each. The top four teams will make it through the semi finals that will be played in Colombo (Sri Lanka) and Mohali (India) respectively. The famous Wankhade Stadium in Mumbai is going to host the much awaited final.
