About My Son

My Son is a bunch of relinquished and halfway destroyed Hindu sanctuaries built between the fourth and the fourteenth century AD by the lords of Champa Chiem Thanh in Vietnamese. The sanctuaries are committed to the love of the god Shiva, known under different nearby names, the most essential of which is Bhadresha. My Son is situated close to the town of Duy Phu, in the regulatory area of Duy Xuyen in Quang Nam Province in Central Vietnam, 69 km southwest of Da Nang, and around 10 km from the notable town of Tra Kieu. The sanctuaries are in a valley about two kilometers wide that is encompassed by two mountain ranges.
