About Woodruff-Fontaine House

The Woodruff-Fontaine House is a memorable exhibition hall house situated on Adams Avenue in Memphis. Worked in 1871, the house had a place with Amos Woodruff, a carriage creator. Soon after finishing, the house facilitated the wedding of Woodruff's girl, and the house has been a famous scene for weddings since then. The second proprietor was Noland Fontaine; after he kicked the bucket, the house was claimed by a few associations and afterward was empty. In 1961, the house was spared by the Association for Preservation of Tennessee Antiquities. Today, voyages through the completely reestablished French-Victorian house are given and it has an assortment of displays and occasions.
