Topsham Museum

Topsham Museum was built up in 1967 by Dorothy Holman. It began in the sail hang connected to the first shipper's home. The showcases at first indicated parts of her family's shipbuilding foundation and the gathering developed as individuals gave things of neighborhood intrigue. On her passing in 1983, Dorothy Holman left her property to Exeter City Council to be utilized as a Museum for Topsham.

The Museum revived in 1986, keep running by the Topsham Museum Society, a gathering of neighborhood volunteers. Extension and advancement have been financed by a Heritage Grant, awards from Exeter City Council, from the Museum Society and by different gifts. Section to the Museum is free and running expenses are met by the returns of our magnificent lunch nook and blessing shop, gifts from guests.
