Spalding is a market town with a populace of 28,722 at the 2011 evaluation, on the River Welland in the South Holland area of Lincolnshire, England. Little London is a village specifically south of Spalding on the B1172, while Pinchbeck, a town toward the north, is a piece of the developed territory.
The town was notable for the yearly Spalding Flower Parade, held from 1959 to 2013. The procession praised the area's tremendous tulip creation and the social connections between the Fens and the scene and individuals of South Holland. At one time, it pulled in hordes of more than 100,000. Since 2002 the town has held a yearly Pumpkin Festival in October.
