Chatelherault

Chatelherault Country Park is a nation stop in Hamilton and well known among local people and guests, South Lanarkshire, Scotland.

Its name is gotten from the French town of Châtellerault, the title Duc de Châtellerault having been allowed to James Hamilton, second Earl of Arran in 1548 as far as concerns him in organizing the marriage of Mary, Queen of Scots, to Francis, Dauphin of France.
