About Osmaneli
Osmaneli is a town and area of Bilecik Province in the Marmara district of Turkey. The chairman is Mustafa Selahettin Cetintas. Its neighbors are Pamukova from north, Geyve from north-east, Gölpazarı from south-east, Bilecik from south, Yenisehir from south-west and Iznik from west. Situated on a slope at a point where the Karasu, streaming down from Kandilli Dag, enters the Sakarya, this residential area was referred to in classical times as Leukai and all the more as of late as Lefke. South of the town is a limited and extremely excellent waterway glut with rough dividers up to 100 m/328 ft high, adding to some marvelous landscape.
Osmaneli was a huge midpoint in the period of Byzantium and Ottoman realms and all armed forces have strolled through this point amid their undertakings.
