Robber's Cave
In Dehradun suburbs, Robber's Cave is famously called Guchhipani or Guchu Pani. It is surrounded by majestic and beautiful hills and offers a wonderful trek up the mountains.On the way, you can see a cute little stream that has a way to appear and disappear from its course, making it an most mesmerizing magical experience. It is place to the deity of Lord Shiva.
Sahastradhara
Sahastradhara means 'thousand fold spring' and is famous for its euphoric beauty and healing value since its water contains Sulphur. This place can be visited any time during the year, you would love the pleasing beauty of the waterfall during rainy season when the stream proposes the appearance of a gushing torrent.
Mindrolling Monastery
Mindrolling has the meaning "Place of Perfect Emancipation" in Tibetan language. It is the largest Buddhist Vihara of India, training monks for over 300 years .
Tapkeshwar Temple
Tapkeshwar is a popular cave temple on the banks of a rivulet. The water further flows in to the cave to drip on to the Shiv Linga inside. Sulphur springs present around the temple makes for a healing bath.
Forest Research Institute
It was established in the year 1906. The Forest Research Institute is spread over a areas of 4.5 square kilometer and it has imposing Colonial and Greco-Roman styles of architecture.
Malsi Deer Park
It is located at the base of Shivalik range. Malsi Deer Park is a zoological garden and it is home to two horned Deer, Tiger, Neelgai, Peacock and many other animals. This zoological garden is an ideal place for picnic and is well maintained.
