Le Cube Varone

The place reflects the spirit of its owner: resolutely modern, yet paradoxically devoted to tradition. Great vintages and a small selection of dishes await and this old winegrower's hovel on the Bisse de Clavau trail 7.5km, 2½ hours combines each dish on the enticing menu with a fitting wine.

Tourbillon Castle was built sometime between 1290 and 1308 by the Bishop of Sion, Boniface de Challant, as his principal residence.The vineyard vista is potent, punchy and out of this world.
