An Alpine Garden demonstrates plants from Switzerland's high heights, and the herbarium is one of the biggest on the planet, with six million cases. A little animal zone includes fallow deer and other natural life.
It is developed in 1902 to supplant a more diminutive one in the Parc des Bastions. Its nurseries, greenery walled in areas, and revolve cover around 28 hectares and feature more than 12,000 kinds of plants and trees.
