Google has its own way to bid Goodbye to a year. Bidding farewell to 2017, Google just released the list of top searches of 2017 and the results are amazing. From solar eclipses to boxing matches and more, Googled came up with a narrowed list of what people loved to search throughout the year. Here are the top 10 Google searches of 2017

Fidget Spinners took the market by storm as they were released on the market last spring. It is a small gadget that has three wings with ball bearings. One can twirl them between their fingers and enjoy. Primarily a device to help people with ADHD and anxiety, the spinner has now become a toy for all ages.
2. Aaron Hernandez
April was a sad day for football lovers as one of the legendary Former NFL tight ends Aaron Hernandez committed suicide in a jail cell. Aaron was serving a sentence for a murder. Later in September, his attorney d that he was suffering from chronic traumatic encephalopathy CTE.
3. Hurricane Harvey
Starting in Houston, Texas on August 25, 2017 this hurricane exposed America with winds @ 130 mph. This was one of the biggest disasters in the history of the United States of America.

A total solar eclipse in the month of August was a topic of a craze in Americans. This solar eclipse was extended from coast to coast in the last 99 years.

The open gun firing at an Adriana Grande concert by a lunatic gunman was the saddest news of the year. It ended with 58 deaths and several people injured.

Rock legend Tom Petty died at age 66 in early October. He suffered a cardiac arrest. He was found in his home in Malibu, California and was taken to UCLA Medical Center, but doctors were unable to revive him.
The singer, known for his music with Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers, had just wrapped a long tour at the end of September.
